Elaines Care started in 1997 formally named ( Oak Park Guest Home). The homes are nested in famous Valley River basin of Western North Carolina Appalachian Mountains in a small town named Andrews.  Andrews is famous for its small town atmosphere, Folk Music and Retirement. Family has always been a very important priority here. The first home opened was where Elaines grandmother lived and family celebrated every holiday together. 

With a background in the medical field and a business oriented family Elaine thought bridging the gap between old times and new would be a good idea.

You may come visit any time but Elaine prefers you call for an appointment time so she doesn't miss you. While you are visiting you may request a Resident Registration and a Quick Guide. This will help you get started and know what to do and expect.  Elaine can provide a current price list and charges once we can process your paper work.
